Friday 26th – Sunday 28th June Blueberry Events Nervous & Novice Camp (cancelled)

£250.00Blueberry Events first camp of hopefully many more to come aimed at the more nervous or novice horse/rider based at Askham Bryan.
This 3 days is designed to be fun & relaxed with lots for both horse and rider to build partnerships and have fun whilst doing it! So if you have always wanted to go to a camp but always found it too nerve-racking then this is the camp for you! Or just fancy a few days away with your pony training together then don’t hesitate to get booked on!
The price for the 3 days is £250.00 and full payment must be paid to secure your place!
Included in the weekend is:
- 3 lessons per day to include flatwork, polework & showcross instructors are Jennifer Baker, Lindsey Hancock & Sue Joy
- Back, neck & shoulder massage for the rider
- Equine pilates
- Informative talk from trained horse physio on how the riders position affects the movement of the horses going.
Stabling information
Included in the price is your horses livery for the 3 days, stable, hay, & straw is included plus use of equipment (wheelbarrow, mucking out tools, bucket, haynets etc) all you will need to bring with you is any hard feed and supplements your horse may require. You will be responsible for mucking out and caring for your own horse and keeping the stable yard tidy at all times.
Rider Accommodation
The horses have the best luxury and we have use of the carpark so if you can sleep in your wagon, trailer or have a caravan perfect, no electric hook-ups available or camping in tents permitted, you can go home on an evening to the comfort of your own bed and return in the morning if you prefer but I think a lot of the fun is meeting new people and chatting in to the evening!
Please note toilets will be available on site but no showers.
Under 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Flu Vaccination: Your horse must have been vaccinated after 26th December 2019 to come to this event.
Two or more weeks notice= credit to use at future blueberry events
Less than two weeks notice= No refund or credit
If Blueberry event cancels an event or you cancel your entry within the cancellation policy you have 14 days to confirm which event you would like you entry transferring to or to ask for a refund. After 14 days your entry will become invalid and no refund will be given.
